Okay, so that a 4chanization of how the whole frikkin’ debacle happened. And I wished it happened that way. At least we’d all get some laughs out of it. Instead of this full-blown drama reassuring me that I would be better than that.
After all, Gainax is famous for trying to anger the fans. Just look at Evangelion. Depression or not, Shinji was made to ridicule otaku, episodes 25, 26 and the Eva movies were made to throw the fans into a frenzy of negative emotions, and now, this. Man, I would love to meet Anno. He’s like, the most awesome man in animation circles.
If this is what animé turns people into, I am very worried for the true fans. Not only because they have the possibility to turn into that, but also because of the backlash. (And this stems from personal experience.)

Went through ANN and found nothing about Mr. Anno doing Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.
Even after I knew Gainax the “ruiner of otaku enjoyment under Anno’s rule,” I considered the company the epitone of hypocracy; being the leader of anti-moe yet using moe as bait to lure in unsuspecting veiwership.
And then the company falls through that hole created by the lack of true communication between industry and viewers. Damn!

I would be on the “Poor Gainax, poor Takami, those damned 2ch anonymii” bandwagon, but seriously, not being able to handle the heat from a bunch of fans that are definitely not the worst that 2ch has to offer deserves a big HAHAHAHA, OH WOW and GOOD GAINAX, YOU LOOK KIND OF RETARDED.
