It is a newfag summer!

The true face of summer. TREMBLE!

Summer APPROACHES! And with it brings MASTER SPARK OH NOES a new season!

Highschool of the DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAD : Japan does a manga about WORLD WAR Z. And it gets animated. Duh.

Seikimatsu Occult Academy : Comedy+Mystery+Occult = May not want

More Sengoku Basara : Is Always A Good Thing.

DIOHAMSTERShi Ki (Can’t take vampire shows seriously due to TOUHOU.)

More Kuroshitsuji : Is not a bad thing. Even if Sebastian isn’t the focus.

Nuraihon no Mago : Oh DEEN :3c

Tono to Issho : Did someone say GACKT meets Uesugi Kenshin? (And I’m NOT referring to the one in Rance!) And HUMOUR? Sold.

THE LEGEND OF THE LEGENDARY HEROES : Makes my head swim. That is a confusing title.

Osaka Hamlet : What is this I don’t even

Amagami : I am not that up to date with PS2 eroge trends to say anything.

(That one show about a tsundere girl everyone is talking about) : At first I thought it was a harem show, then I saw that it was about a tsundere girl. And not about a harem show.

Mitsudomoe : WHAT HAS GAINAX DONE

STRIKE WITCHES 2 : PLEASE LET AIC ASTA DO THE SHOW. Oh, also, PLEASE LET IT BE WITCH IN AFRICA.

Asobi Ni Iku Yo! : WHAT HAS TO-LOVE-RU DONE

School Council Vice-President : Kaichou Wa Maid-sama this ain’t.

More Sekirei : I’M NOT DONE WITH POKEMON PEARL YET

The rest : BAH I’M TOO LAZY TO DO WRITEUPS FOR THEM.

Can Salarymen save the Earth? Of Course they fukken can! (Dai-Guard 1-6)

This is the story… … …

Of a few brave young pilots… … …

And their desire to save the day with their corporate economic sinkhole of an attraction. Which was originally built as an anti-alien weapon. While trying to keep said robot from being liquidated, because, you know, all that red tape is gonna suck.

And when an old-school super robot fan is in the driver’s seat, you know that THIS could be a very hard thing to do. Even if the military sent in an adviser who knows his shit to rein in their hot-blooded antics.

…And that’s just the first 6 episodes in a nutshell. Dai-Guard is weird and rooted in corporate muddling, but the mecha design reminds me of GaoGaiGar and if all else fails, Tamura Yukari is playing a bit-role here and there’s Tanaka Kouhei making the music.

I still can’t believe I have never watched this show in full before. This show is wonderful.

  • Philip Pullman on censorship and free speech -- pithy and wonderful May 13, 2010
Shared by DrmChsr0 If I'm supposed to be hating Pullman's guts for such a tame assault on Christianity, then I'd better suck cocks, for there's more to be pissed at than "HURR HURR HURR JESUS HAD A TWIN BROTHER NAMED CHRIST". Mildly interesting, and Pullman's a great author. Plus he actually respects the "dyed-in-the-w […]

  • Replacing Google Reader with Twitter is Nuts November 2, 2009
Shared by DrmChsr0 And people wonder why THE SUN is more popular than the BBC and Rupert Murdoch is richer than you. If Twitter is to be compared to THE SUN and Google Reader BBC, you can see why. Recently, Mr. Robert Scoble had posted on his blog about how he was giving up Google Reader in favor of Twitter for getting his news. Many people applauded his dec […]
  • Scamville: The Social Gaming Ecosystem Of Hell November 2, 2009
Shared by DrmChsr0 WHAT. Last weekend I wrote about how the big social gaming companies are making hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue on Facebook and MySpace through games like Farmville and Mobsters. Major media can’t stop applauding the companies long enough to understand what’s really going on with these games. The real story isn’t the business su […]
