Macross is AWESOME.
July 2, 2009
I’m talking about the original Superdimensional Fortress Macross. It’s ace. It’s wonderful. WHY DIDN’T I WATCH THIS EARLIER.
Some AWESOME POINTS:
- The alien tech ripping itself out of the SDF-1 due to sheer fail. Recycling: Not quite as awesome as one thinks, in terms of alien tech. (Episode 1)
- SUPERDIMENSIONAL SUSHI MAGURO. Tuna in space. Yes, they went there. (Episode 3 or 4)
- BREETAI HAS AWESOME DYNAMIC ENTRIES. (Episode 11)
- Max Jenius, a genius? MORE LIKE A DOUBLE GENIUS. (Pretty much every episode he’s in)
I can’t believe I didn’t watch this earlier. More to come.

Macross is awesome. Now you can remember love. Now don’t become a Kaifun kind of fan and act as if Macross is some kind of sacred text. I see quite a few of these and LOL.
Macross is awesome because it is ludicrous and audacious, and somehow it slips in substance when you don’t want to expect it anymore.
GAMLIN KIIIICK!!!
